What Is Kakigori?
It is traditional Japanese summer dessert made of shaved ice topped with flavored syrups.
It is often sold at stalls at summer festivals in Japan.
You can eat it at stalls for about 300 to 500 yen.
Recently, there are also specialty stores.

I do not know why Blue Hawaii is named as such.
But I do know that it is delicious.
It is my faborite flavor.
What Is “Modern Kakigori”?
Recently, Kakigori with fluffy ice topped with fruits, ice cream, syrups, and other toppings has become popular as an evolutionary type of Kakigori.
They are mainly served in specialty stores.
The price is 1000 to 2000 yen, but you can enjoy a different taste from ordinary shaved ice.
